Correspondence Between the Responsible Person and the Contracting Party

The responsible person is entitled, without written instruction of the other party, to handle e-mail communications in an unencrypted form with the contractual partner, who will be aware of the associated risks (in particular access, privacy, modification of messages during the transmission) that the e-mail traffic is not carried out in encrypted form.

Our Contact & Directions page features the Google Maps service integrated via an API. This allows us to give you a more user-friendly experience by providing a clear depiction of our location in map form.

To use the Google Maps service, data is requested from Google's servers before being displayed on our site. If you visit the page featuring Google Maps, and activate the service by clicking on the Google Maps link, it is necessary for technical reasons to send your IP address to the Google servers, mainly situated in the USA. We have no influence over this data transfer, nor over how the data may be stored.
